[2][6] Highlights of Nikolay Khozyainov's recital and concerto engagements include concerts at Carnegie Hall,[7] London's Wigmore Hall,[8] Lincoln Center, Kennedy Center in Washington, Salle Gaveau, Theatre de Champs-Élysées in Paris,[9] Tchaikovsky Hall in Moscow,[10] Tokyo's Suntory Hall,[11] Louvre,[12] Zurich Tonhalle.

In January 2018, the Emperor Akihito and Empress Michiko of Japan came to Nikolay's concert in Tokyo's Suntory Hall.
