Nikolay Kolev (Bulgarian: Николай Колев; born November 21, 1968, in Kazanlak) is a retired discus thrower from Bulgaria who competed at the 1992 Summer Olympics.

His toughest competitors were Georgi Georgiev and Kamen Dimitrov.
