Nikolay Mikhailovich Olshansky (Russian: Николай Михайлович Ольшанский; born 19 April 1939) is a Russian politician who served as a senator from Voronezh Oblast from 2011 to 2013.
He was born on April 9, 1939 in the village of Drabovo in Ukraine.
He graduated from Lviv Polytechnic Institute in 1960, and from the Academy of Social Sciences under the Central Committee of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union in 1979.
