Nili Cohen (born 1947) is an Israeli professor and legal expert.

Bertha was an editor, translator, Hebraist, and Zionist, who, in the 1920s, published Eden, a newspaper for Jewish teenagers.

In 1998, Cohen received an Honorary Degree from the University of Buenos Aires.
