Ninnekah is a town in Grady County, Oklahoma, United States.

U.S. Route 277 splits west from US 81 in Ninnekah and leads 11 miles (18 km) to Cement.
According to the United States Census Bureau, the town has a total area of 10.2 square miles (26.4 km2), all land.
Only 5.9% of the population of the town lives under the poverty line, which is far less than the rest of the state.
