Noel McMeel is a chef from Northern Ireland, who is the executive head chef at Lough Erne Golf Resort and Hotel in Enniskillen, County Fermanagh.
He describes his cooking as "modern Irish cuisine".
[1] McMeel studied at the Northern Ireland Hotel and Catering College before training in a number of restaurants, including working for the well known Irish Chef Paul Rankin.
He then earned a scholarship to attend Johnson & Wales University in Providence, Rhode Island.
Following this, he worked in a number of establishments, including the Watergate Hotel in Washington, D.C. and Chez Panisse in San Francisco.
