"Noravank" Foundation was established in 2000 with the support of the Government of Armenia with an aim to conduct strategic research in cooperation with Armenian and foreign senior staff, to analyze problems facing Armenians, the Armenian Diaspora, church-state relations, and to promote Armenology.
Currently, the Executive Director of the Foundation is Gagik Harutyunyan.
The Noravank Foundation also carries out an educational program to inform young researchers about up to date ideas prevailing in social and political sciences via seminars and conferences, and through the multi-language journal of "21st Century" and "Noravank Foundation Bulletin".
