North Atlantic Division

They plan, design and build for the Army and Air Force in the northeastern states and Europe, develop and manage water resources, and protect and restore the environment.

Division headquarters are at 302 John Warren Avenue in Fort Hamilton in Brooklyn, New York.

The division is responsible for six subordinate engineer districts with headquarters in Concord, Massachusetts, New York City, Philadelphia, Baltimore, Norfolk and Wiesbaden, Germany.

During World War II while working out of its headquarters at 270 Broadway in Manhattan, the division was responsible for coordinating all military construction in Europe.

The division commanding general is currently Col. John Lloyd, who is directly responsible to the United States Army's Chief of Engineers.
