North Carolina's 39th House district is one of 120 districts in the North Carolina House of Representatives.

It has been represented by Democrat James Roberson since his appointment on January 11, 2021.

[1] Since 2003, the district has included part northeastern of Wake County.

The district overlaps with the 14th Senate district.
