The Northeast Conference women's soccer tournament is the conference championship tournament in soccer for the Northeast Conference.

In the current format, six teams compete in the single-elimination tournament, with all games being played at the home field of the higher seed.

Seeding is based on regular season conference records.

[1] The winner, declared conference champion, receives the conference's automatic bid to the NCAA Division I women's soccer championship.
