The Nazas shiner (Notropis nazas) is a species of cyprinid fish.
[1][2][3] It is endemic to Mexico and only known from endorheic Nazas-Aguanaval river basin.
[1] Nazas shiner occurs in creeks, streams and large rivers on rocky to sandy substrates, rarely mud.
