Noura Alktebi (born 3 December 1992)[1] is a Paralympic athlete from the United Arab Emirates with cerebral palsy.
She won the silver medal in the women's shot put F32 event at the 2016 Summer Paralympics held in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

Alktebi finished in 6th place in the women's club throw F32 event at the 2020 Summer Paralympics held in Tokyo, Japan.
In 2023, she competed in the women's club throw F32 event at the World Para Athletics Championships held in Paris, France.
