Novomelovatka (Russian: Новомеловатка) is a rural locality (a selo) and the administrative center of Melovatskoye Rural Settlement, Kalacheyevsky District, Voronezh Oblast, Russia.

In ХІХ century the village was part of Novomelovatskaya volost, Bogucharsky Uyezd, Voronezh Governorate.
