Novopetrovka (Russian: Новопетровка) is a rural locality (a selo) in Krestovozdvizhensky Selsoviet of Konstantinovsky District, Amur Oblast, Russia.

Novopetrovka is located on the left bank of the Amur River, 27 km east of Konstantinovka (the district's administrative centre) by road.
