Siberian State Transport University

The main building of the Institute was built in 1949-1955 at 191 Dusi Kovalchuk Street, designed by Moscow architect Vitaliy Maslennikov.

More than a thousand students and teachers took part in the Great Patriotic War, of which more than 60 people died in battle.

The University includes the Institute of Advanced Transport Technologies and Personnel Retraining.

The Institute of Integrated Research of Transport Systems operates on the basis of the University.
