Nugzar Logua

He is the current chairman of the socio-political organisation Apsadgyl and a former Minister for Culture in the Government of President Bagapsh.

After his graduation, he returned to the Art School in Sukhumi, where he taught painting from 1989 until 1997.

Following the re-election of Bagapsh, Logua was re-appointed in the cabinet of Prime Minister Sergei Shamba.

[3] On 6 October 2016, he was elected chairman by Apsadgyl's executive committee to replace Beslan Eshba who had been appointed as Vice Premier.
