Nyenga is an urban division of one of the municipalities in Buikwe District, in the Central Region of Uganda.

[3] Nyenga is situated at an average altitude of 1,232 metres (4,042 ft), above mean sea level.

In 2015, Uganda Bureau of Statistics (UBOS) estimated the population of Nyenga Division at 50,400.

UBOS calculated that the population of Nyenga increased at an average rate of 2.0 percent annually, between 2015 and 2020.

[10][11] The Mukono–Kyetume–Katosi–Nyenga Road passes through Nyenga in a general southwest to northeast direction on the way to the Source of the Nile Bridge.
