Ohio Court of Claims

The court's jurisdiction extends to cases: The court also hears appeals from decisions made by the Ohio Attorney General on claims allowed under the Victims of Crime Act.

Currently, the assigned judges and magistrates are: A Special Master hears claims for violations of access to public records.

The court is located in the Thomas J. Moyer Ohio Judicial Center in Columbus.

The Court was created to replace the Sundry Claims Board which existed from 1917 through 1975.
