Olga Vasilievna Pilipenko (Russian: Ольга Васильевна Пилипенко; born 4 January 1966, Oryol) is a Russian political figure and a deputy of the 7th and 8th State Dumas.

From 2013 to 2015, she worked as a dean of the State University - educational-scientific-industrial complex.

On 26 May 2019 she was elected dean of the Oryol State University.

On 8 September 2019 she was elected deputy of the 7th State Duma from the Oryol constituency.
