Olin Tracy Nye (March 13, 1872 – January 6, 1943) was an American lawyer, judge, and politician from New York.
In 1896, he graduated from Albany Law School, was admitted to the bar, and was elected district attorney of Schuyler County.
[3] In 1899, Nye unsuccessfully ran for the New York State Assembly, losing to J. Franklin Barnes.
He was an active member of the Elks and the Red Men, serving as state Grand Sachen of the latter organization.
[2] Nye died at home on January 6, 1943,[1] and is buried in Glenwood Cemetery in Watkins Glen.
