[1] Born in Guardiagrele, Dinelli grew up in Rome, where he attended the Silvio d'Amico National Academy of Dramatic Arts[1] and worked as a stage, radio, and television actor.
[2] In 1975 he portrayed Fosco, a grave robber, in the TV series Ritratto di donna velata.
[2] He performed in animated productions such as How the Toys Saved Christmas, The Spaghetti Family, Winx Club, Monster Allergy and Rat-Man.
[1] Dinelli has expressed particular satisfaction with working to the Italian dub of Disney's animated series Darkwing Duck, where he voiced the title character.
[2] He has also dubbed the character Remigio, portrayed by Mauro Bucci, in the English post-syncronized version of Matteo Garrone's 2019 film Pinocchio.
