The racial makeup of the CDP was 0.6% White, 94.2% Native American, and 5.2% from two or more races.

10.8% of all households were made up of individuals, and 2.7% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.

About 42.9% of families and 53.8% of the population were below the poverty line, including 27.3% of those under the age of 18 and 52.9% of those 65 or older.
