Omar Zakhilwal

Dr. Hazrat Omar Zakhilwal (Pashto: ډاکتر عمر زاخيلوال ; born 1968) is an Afghan politician who served as the President's Special Representative and Afghanistan's Ambassador to Pakistan from 2016 until 2018.
