Ondřej Zetek (born October 2, 1971) is a Czech former professional ice hockey defenceman.

Zetek played in the Czechoslovak First Ice Hockey League and the Czech Extraliga for HC Litvínov, HC Železárny Třinec, HC Plzeň and HC Vítkovice.
