Oniel Theodore Cousins (born June 29, 1984) is a former American football guard and tackle.

Cousins was selected by the Baltimore Ravens as a guard in the third round of the 2008 NFL Draft.

Cousins signed with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers on March 16, 2014, to a one-year contract.
