Ophisma gravata

Ophisma gravata[1] is a moth of the family Noctuidae first described by Achille Guenée in 1852.

It is found from the Indo-Australian tropics of India, Sri Lanka, to Okinawa, Taiwan,[2] the Caroline Islands, New Guinea, eastern Australia and New Caledonia.

Forewings with an indistinct straight erect medial pale line with dark inner edge.

Hindwings brownish ochreous with a submarginal fuscous black band which is very wide at apex.
