Oplotnica (pronounced [ɔˈploːtnitsa]; German: Oplotnitz[2]) is a small town in eastern Slovenia.
The municipality is now included in the Drava Statistical Region.

It is dedicated to John the Baptist and belongs to the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Maribor.
