Ora Graves (July 26, 1896 – September 28, 1961) was a sailor in the United States Navy who received the Medal of Honor for his actions during World War I. Graves was born in Las Animas, Colorado, on July 26, 1896.
He died September 28, 1961, and is buried in Fort Rosecrans National Cemetery San Diego, California.

He put out the burning waste while the casemate was filled with clouds of smoke, knowing that there was more powder there which might explode.
