Orchid is a town in Indian River County, Florida, United States.

Most of the town is actually a gated community called Orchid Island Golf and Beach Club.

Running along the town limits (mostly) is the historic, unpaved Jungle Trail.

The climate in this area is characterized by hot, humid summers and generally mild winters.

As of the 2020 United States census, there were 516 people, 230 households, and 188 families residing in the town.
