Oregon's 31st House district

The district includes Banks, Columbia City, North Plains, Scappoose, St. Helens, and Vernonia as well as Sauvie Island.

General election results from 2000 to present[4][5] are as follows: On February 8, 2024, Representative Brian Stout announced that he would not be running for re-election.

[9] Republican Drew Layda and Democrat Jordan Gutierrez have also announced campaigns.

Jordan Gutierrez ran unopposed in and won the nomination for the Democratic Party.
