Oreste Migliaccio

[1][2][3] He began composing as early as 1908 when his Gatling Gun Rag was published, followed in 1910[1] by Mexican Belle: Novelty Dance[4] and Wholesale Love.

[5] He also wrote Tommy[6] and co-wrote I've Got a Ragtime Bee in My Bonnet, both in 1911,[7] with Georgia in 1917[8] and "So you're goin' to be married: (God bless you)" in 1918.

He was still composing as late as 1927 when he co-wrote Rosy Cheeks with Harry D. Squires and J. Donald Parker.

[10] It wasn't until the early 1920s that he was successfully working as a musician and led a band at the Peek-Inn in New York.

[12] Some of the musicians who played in the band during this time included Jimmy Dorsey, Red Nichols and Don Murray.
