Oscar Mulero, born Óscar Mulero Crecente,[2] is a techno producer and DJ from Madrid,[3] and the owner of contemporary record labels PoleGroup Recordings and Warm Up Recordings.
[4] He has majorly influenced the Spanish electronic scene since the early 1990s and been a leading exponent of underground techno since his productions in the early 2000s.
In the late 1980s, he started playing in Madrid clubs like New World and Overdrive, which were oriented to genres like EBM or techno.
His 2012 album Black Propaganda received largely positive reviews in the online techno community.
