Oswaldo Ramsés Navarro [nah-vahr'-o] (born October 2, 1984) is a Venezuelan former professional baseball shortstop.
He played in Major League Baseball (MLB) for the Seattle Mariners and Houston Astros.
He was granted free agency in 2009 and signed a minor league contract with the Houston Astros on December 8, 2009.
