The road is approximately 1.5 km (0.93 mi) long and is a spur of Puerto Rico Highway 504.

At its southern terminus, the road starts at coordinates 18°03′32″N 66°37′09″W / 18.05876°N 66.61921°W / 18.05876; -66.61921 in its intersection with Puerto Rico Highway PR-504, and terminates at its northern terminus at coordinates 18°04′06″N 66°37′17″W / 18.06831°N 66.62138°W / 18.06831; -66.62138 at its intersection with Camino La Zarza.
