Pablo E. Gelber Ghertner (born 21 December 1974) is an orthopedic surgeon specialising in knee preservation surgery, with special emphasis on cartilage transplantation and ligament reconstruction procedures.
He continued his training in Spain, where he completed his residency in Orthopaedic Surgery and Traumatology at the Parc de Salut Mar, associated to the Autonomous University of Barcelona (UAB) in 2008.
His career focuses on the development of advanced techniques in knee surgery,[1] including osteochondral transplantation and procedures to preserve joint function in complex injuries.
Gelber has published numerous studies in indexed medical journals, most notably in the field of multiligamentary knee injuries and osteochondral transplantation.
Among his outstanding works are studies on the technique of cartilage transplantation and ligament reconstruction.
