Paige Petersen (born 1972) is an American lawyer and judge, who is a justice of the Utah Supreme Court.
[4] Petersen then spent two years in the Netherlands working as a prosecutor at the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia.
[5] In May 2017, Utah Supreme Court justice Christine Durham announced that she would retire in November 2017.
[6] Utah's Judicial nominating commission announced seven possible candidates for the Supreme Court vacancy in September 2017, including Petersen, three other state judges, and three other lawyers.
[1] Her first term ended on January 1, 2023, and she stood in a retention election in November 2022 and was retained with 82.7% of the vote.
