Palencia de Negrilla is a village and municipality in the province of Salamanca, western Spain, part of the autonomous community of Castile-Leon.

It is located 18 kilometres (11 mi) from the provincial capital city of Salamanca and has a population of 156 people.

The municipality covers an area of 16 km2 (6.2 sq mi) and is 825 metres (2,707 ft) above sea level.
