Palnati Surya Pratap (born 13 January 1978) is an Indian film director and screenwriter who predominantly works in Telugu cinema.

Pratap made his directorial debut with Current (2009) a film that showcased his early potential in handling youthful, engaging narratives.

His recent directorial work, 18 Pages (2022), continued his tradition of offering unique and thoughtful perspectives on love, adding to his recognition as a director with a distinctive voice in romantic storytelling.
