Pamela Cortes

[citation needed] Cortes' entertainment career ambitions were supported by her family, which includes her mother, father and her two brothers.

Later, in 1993, she was elected as "La Paquita Ecuatoriana" (Xuxa Stage Assistants) which led her to create and host her own TV show called El Rincon de los bajitos.

[1] Two years later, in 1996, she released her second album, Mas alla del sol, which brought her a lot of fame.

In the same year, she acted in Besame Tonto, later in Mis primas, and finally in El hombre de la mancha.

She is currently working in a TV varieties program and is married to David Harutyunyan, director of the symphonic orchestra of Guayaquil and musician.
