Ramos has been featured, been a correspondent, or has served as a subject matter expert, in Latina,[1] Popsugar,[2] Bustle,[3] Vice,[4] Los Angeles Blade,[5] South Kern Sol,[6] HIV Plus Magazine,[7] and on KCRW.

[2] Her mother, Gina Montaner, was born in Cuba and her father is Mexican journalist Jorge Ramos.

[1] Ramos graduated from Barnard College with a BA in Political Science and Government in 2009 and earned her Master in Public Policy from the Harvard Kennedy School in 2015.

[13][14] For her work at Vice, she was nominated for a GLAAD Media Award for her piece "The Latinx Drag Queens Spearheading HIV Activism on the Border".
