Parhat Azimat (Uyghur: ﭘﺎﺭﮬﺎﺕ ﺋﺎﺯﺋﻤﺎﺕ; Chinese: 帕尔哈提·阿孜买提; born February 17, 1976) is a retired Chinese football player.
