Parmjit Singh Gill (born 20 December 1966) is a British Liberal Democrat politician.
As Member of Parliament for Leicester South from July 2004 to May 2005, he was the first ethnic-minority Liberal Democrat MP.
[1] He contested the seat again at the 2005 general election, but this time came second to the Labour Party candidate, Sir Peter Soulsby.
However, he stood down after a short time, citing family pressures and was replaced by Zuffar Haq.
