Paston Coke (born 23 August 1971) is a Jamaican sprinter.
He won the silver medal in the 400 metres at 1999 World Student Games in personal record of 45.15 seconds.
He was a member of Jamaica 4 x 400 metres relay team that won bronze medal in at the 1999 IAAF World outdoor Championships and gold medal at the 1999 Pan American Games.
