Patrick Henry Winston Jr. (August 22, 1847 – April 3, 1904) was a lawyer and newspaper editor who served as United States Attorney for the District of Washington in 1890.

His personality always outshone and dazzled his achievement.
"[2] Nonetheless, some of his achievements: He came from a prominent North Carolina family; one of his brothers, Francis D. Winston, was United States Attorney for the Eastern District of North Carolina.
