Patrick McGraw Kline is an American economist and Professor of Economics of the University of California at Berkeley.
in political science from Reed College in 1999, followed by an MPP from the Ford School of Public Policy and a Ph.D. in economics from the University of Michigan at Ann Arbor in 2001 and 2007, respectively.
