Patrycja Weronika Jerzak (born 13 January 1998) is a Polish footballer who plays as a midfielder for Swedish club Eskilstuna United DFF.
She trained with her family until reaching the age of twelve, when she joined the youth academy of Stallarholmens SK for a year.
