Patryk Rachwał (born 27 January 1981) is a Polish professional football manager and former player.

He is currently the manager and youth coordinator of III liga, group I club GKS Bełchatów.

On 29 April 2024, following Bogdan Jóźwiak's departure, Rachwał replaced him as GKS' senior team manager on an interim basis until the end of the season.
