Paul Charles Weick

Born in Youngstown, Ohio, Weick was a member of the Student Army Training Corps in 1918.

He was confirmed by the United States Senate on March 28, 1956, and received his commission the next day.

Weick served in that capacity until October 7, 1959, due to his elevation to the Sixth Circuit.

[1] Weick was nominated by President Eisenhower on August 5, 1959, to a seat on the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit vacated by Judge Florence E. Allen.

He served as Chief Judge from 1963 to 1969 and as a member of the Judicial Conference of the United States from 1964 to 1969.
