Paul Decoutere, known under the name Paul Couter (7 February 1949[1] – 27 April 2021),[2] was a Belgian guitarist.

He played in Freckleface, Tjens Couter [nl] and TC Matic.

[2][3][4][5][6][7] Couter was diagnosed with cancer,[8] and he died in Ghent on 27 April 2021, aged 72.
