Paul G. Cunningham (August 27, 1937 – July 18, 2020) was a minister and general superintendent emeritus in the Church of the Nazarene.
[1] Cunningham was elected to the highest office in the Church of the Nazarene at the denomination's 23rd General Assembly in Indianapolis, Indiana in July 1993.
Prior to his election he served as the senior pastor of College Church of the Nazarene in Olathe, Kansas.
He remained as pastor for the next thirty years, growing the church from 54 members in 1964 to a constituency of more than 3,000 upon his departure in 1993.
He also served on the General Board of the Church of the Nazarene, including two terms as its president.
